Jeremy Nguee, the esteemed private chef and gourmet genius, commissioned us to create his new brand: Preparazzi. “Preparazzi” is a combination of preparation and paparazzi; where customers are able to count on Preparazzi to do all the preparation work for a glamorous dinner party while they claim all the credit. Hence, we used a modern and elegant font “Bodoni” to reflect the depth and sophistication that Preparazzi brings to the table.
As this business is incredibly unique and unorthodox, we also wanted to emulate this daring attitude with the use of the sliced “P”. It not only portrays the act of chopping up ingredients; but it also looks like a pirate hat. The stroke was also deliberately tapered at the end to resemble a slice.
Within the site, we used the silhouette of food types and animals to create icons that allow the easy identification of core ingredients used within a dish. Lastly, we also customised and create a timetable module to facilitate the flow of orders and delivery.
